Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator collaborations, manage influencer relationships, and drive measurable growth across campaigns. This role demands creativity, strong communication, and a deep understanding of social media trends. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with influencers & creators across categories Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end Work closely with content, social media & brand partnerships teams to ensure seamless campaign integration Track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights for continuous improvement Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers & agencies Ensure brand alignment and quality control on all influencer-generated content Build and maintain an influencer database and campaign dashboards Requirements 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in media, entertainment, or agency environment Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video platforms Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools Why Join Us Opportunity to work closely with top creators & journalists Creative and fast-paced growth environment Ownership, visibility, and impactful work in digital media A team driven by storytelling and real change Apply Now
