**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an Executive - Operations to provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to our clients. This role requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

**Your role & responsibilities**:

- Driver Coordination: Maintain effective communication with drivers, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering positive working relationships.
- City Growth: Devise and execute growth strategies to expand our business in targeted cities.
- Supply and Demand Management: Analyze supply and demand metrics to optimize fleet allocation and meet customer requirements.
- New Initiatives: Identify and implement innovative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and boost driver satisfaction.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data and metrics, derive actionable insights, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

**You Should Have**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in operations management, preferably in the mobility, transportation, or logistics industry (optional).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and utilize data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address operational challenges.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Qualification**:
Any Graduate

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
