**Job Description: Operations Executive (Tours and Travels)**
**Job Summary**: As an Operations Executive in the tours and travels industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-toto ensure the efficient delivery of travel services. This role requires a combination of organizational, communication, and problemclients and maintain operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Tour Planning and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with tour operators, hotels, and transportation services to plan and organize travel itineraries.
- Ensure seamless coordination of all elements of the tour, including accommodation, transportation, and activities.
2. **Client Communication**:
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
- Provide clear and detailed information to clients regarding travel arrangements and itineraries.
3. **Logistics Management**:
- Coordinate transportation logistics, including booking flights, buses, and other modes of transport.
- Manage the timely and efficient transfer of clients between locations.
4. **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Ensure all necessary travel documents, permits, and visas are obtained.
- Stay updated on travel regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
5. **Problem Resolution**:
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the tour.
- Implement effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. **Quality Control**:
- Monitor and maintain the quality of services provided by vendors, hotels, and other service providers.
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
7. **Budget Management**:
- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for travel packages.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.Coordinate with different departments for seamless operations.

- Understanding of the tours and travels industry, including travel regulations and destination knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes.
7. **Adaptability**:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, client preferences, and unforeseen circumstances.
Shift Timing: 10:30 to 7:30 pm /12:30 to 9:30
Working Days: 6 days in a week.
Location: Maya Garden, Magnesia Zirakpur, Chandigarh.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
