**Job Description**:
Wiser provides unparalleled consumer insights at a massive scale. Wiser helps retailers and brands drive revenue, reduce costs, and improve marketing efficiency. Today, Wiser’s mission is to capture and present information, in near real-time, that makes our customers smarter with decisions related to commerce execution. Our technology harnesses data through sophisticated web crawling technology to deliver an unmatched view of consumer shopping and purchase experience.

Wiser is currently looking for a Data Associate to join our Operations team. You will work with an excellent and very supportive team in this role. You will oversee the collection of various media editions for our clients and do data entry after doing proper research for the accurate execution of deliverables. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and the FMCG Sector.

**Responsibilities**
- Performs data entry, and collects, and compiles data. Reviews documents for accuracy before inputting all data submitted.
- Follows policies and procedures to ensure data is entered accurately and on time.
- Understand internal process flow and department procedures.
- Quality control data and serve as a check and balance for the department.
- Identify deviations from standard procedures and raise suggestions for improvement.
- Contribute to team success by accomplishing related results.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the manager

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Critical thinking and attention to detail are a must
- Excellent English in both written and spoken English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work productively, individually with mínimal oversight as well as within a team
- Familiarity with the Australian Market and the fast-moving consumer packaged goods (FMCPG) and Durable & Entertainment industry is a plus
