**Job Description**:
As a Digital Marketing Trainer at DigiBiz Institute, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aspiring marketers by imparting comprehensive digital marketing knowledge and skills. Based in Udhna, Surat, you will deliver engaging training sessions, mentor students, and ensure their proficiency in various aspects of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing training modules and develop new content to keep pace with industry trends and best practices.

3. Hands-on Practice: Provide practical, hands-on exercises and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts and facilitate skill development among students.

4. Individualized Support: Offer personalized guidance and support to students, addressing their learning needs and challenges to ensure their success in mastering digital marketing techniques.

5. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure students' progress and proficiency, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

6. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, and incorporate relevant updates into training curriculum and methodologies.

7. Industry Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and internship opportunities for students.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Certificated/Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring individuals in digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
