**Job Summary**

As a Senior Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for designing and executing a results-driven social media strategy that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and generates revenue. You’ll lead content planning, digital storytelling, paid campaign management, and influencer collaborations, aligning all efforts with the brand’s identity and growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute a strategic social media plan** that aligns with the overall brand and marketing goals.
- **Manage and lead content creation**—including static posts, Reels, Stories, videos, and campaigns—ensuring brand consistency.
- **Lead social media calendar planning** with focus on product launches, skincare tips, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling.
- **Oversee paid social media campaigns**, including Meta Ads, influencer promotions, and product retargeting.
- **Analyze performance metrics** (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI) and provide insights to refine strategy.
- **Mentor junior team members** or interns in content planning, trend research, and community management.
- **Identify and collaborate with beauty influencers, dermatologists, and skincare creators** to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor skincare and digital trends to bring fresh, engaging ideas to the brand’s digital presence.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and customer support teams for campaign integration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, wellness, or D2C brands.
- Proven experience managing brand accounts with significant follower growth and engagement.
- Strong skills in content strategy, campaign execution, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other video editing platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of skincare and beauty market trends.
- Experience with influencer marketing, community building, and brand partnerships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
