- Experienced in **inventory & stock management**, maintaining accurate stock levels and records.
- Skilled in conducting **regular stock audits and reconciliations** to avoid discrepancies.
- Strong ability to **prevent stock damage, loss, and theft** through proper control measures.
- Hands-on experience in **staff supervision**, allocating work and monitoring team productivity.
- Trained warehouse staff in **safety measures and efficient work practices**.
- Expertise in **dispatch & receiving operations**, ensuring accurate inward/outward flow of goods.
- Coordinated with **transporters** to achieve smooth and timely deliveries.
- Proficient in **warehouse organization**, systematic arrangement of materials, and space utilization.
- Experience in handling **warehouse equipment** (pallets, racks, forklifts).
- Maintained accurate **daily, weekly, and monthly reports** with proper documentation.
- Knowledge of updating **ERP/software systems** for stock movement.
- Reported and resolved **shortages, damages, and discrepancies** quickly.
- Ensured **safety, security, and compliance** with company and statutory rules.
- Monitored and implemented **fire safety and warehouse security protocols**.
- **1 to 3 years of experience** in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG food products or retail.
- Good understanding of **inventory control, stock reconciliation, and FIFO (First In, First Out)** principles.
- Experience in **inbound and outbound checking, packing, and labeling** of food products.
- Familiarity with **warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning, and basic MS Excel**.
- Knowledge of **food safety, hygiene, and storage compliance** standards.
- Strong **organizational skills** and attention to detail.
- Ability to **work in a fast-paced warehouse environment** and handle physical tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to **coordinate with teams and external partners**.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and contribute to process improvements.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**
