**Job Summary**:
A social worker's primary daily function is to contact and counsel vulnerable people in the healthcare. They perform crisis intervention, activity planning, and community building, among many other responsibilities to ensure the health and safety of children and their families. Your role will involve providing counseling, support, and advocacy to those in need, addressing various social issues, and implementing interventions to promote positive change.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans based on the assessment results.

- Oversee and manage a caseload of clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and progress monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited university.
- State licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) may be required depending on the jurisdiction.
- Previous experience in social work, counseling, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, theories, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Empathy and compassion for individuals from diverse backgrounds and facing various challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and social service resources.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
