**Job Summary**:
As a Master of Social Work (MSW), you will be an essential part of the social services team, working to improve the well-being and quality of life for individuals, families, and communities. Your role will involve providing counseling, support, and advocacy to those in need, addressing various social issues, and implementing interventions to promote positive change. With your advanced education and training, you will play a crucial role in assessing clients' needs, formulating intervention plans, and collaborating with other professionals to create a holistic approach to social welfare.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Assessment and Counseling
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans based on the assessment results.
- Case Management
- Oversee and manage a caseload of clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with other social workers, psychologists, healthcare professionals, and community resources to create a comprehensive support network for clients.
- Advocacy and Support
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to essential services, including healthcare, housing, and education.
- Provide support and guidance to clients in navigating social service systems and available resources.
- Crisis Intervention
- Be prepared to respond to crisis situations promptly and effectively, providing immediate support and assistance to clients in distress.
- Community Outreach and Education
- Engage in community outreach activities to raise awareness about social issues and available support services.

**Requirements**:

- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited university.
- State licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) may be required depending on the jurisdiction.
- Previous experience in social work, counseling, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, theories, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Empathy and compassion for individuals from diverse backgrounds and facing various challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and social service resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,200.65 per month
