We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
    etc.)
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms while ensuring
    brand consistency
    and audience engagement
  • Optimize
    website content, landing pages, and ad copy
    for SEO and conversions
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like
    Google Analytics
    and social media insights; Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop
    creative visuals, videos, and marketing materials
  • Monitor
    market trends
    , competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist in
    email marketing campaigns
    , automation workflows, and audience segmentation
  • Test and experiment with
    new digital marketing techniques
    to maximize ROI

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Freshers only
  • Strong understanding of
    SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing,
    and content strategy
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling messages and visuals
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and
    optimize campaigns
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication
    skills
  • Ability to work both
    independently
    and in a collaborative team
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like
    Canva, Photoshop
    (added advantage)
