- Provide counseling and therapy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- **Experience**: Relevant experience in social work, Project Management, CSR, Proposal Writing, counseling, or related fields may be preferred, depending on the position.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of social work theories, practices, and relevant regulations.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication in Tamil, and English, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse populations.
- **Cultural Competency**: Sensitivity and knowledge about cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic diversity.
- **Problem-solving**: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using relevant software for documentation and communication.
