**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Customer Engagement**
- Greet walk-in clients and create a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere.
- Understand customer needs to offer relevant and personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of our products, design principles, and usage.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

2. **Sales and Upselling**
- Meet individual and team sales targets through effective engagement.
- Present product features and solutions confidently to close sales.
- Upsell complementary products to enhance overall value for the customer.

3. **Product Presentation**
- Maintain a visually appealing showroom that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
- Support seasonal merchandising and promotional displays in coordination with the team.

4. **Design Expertise**
- Guide clients on space planning, home styling, and color coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design and luxury décor trends.
- Provide basic design consultations for clients looking for personalized support.

5. **Administrative & Coordination Tasks**
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Process payments and coordinate product deliveries and installations with the logistics team.

6. **Post-Sale Engagement**
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inform clients about new arrivals, exclusive events, and offers.

7. **Teamwork & Training**
- Collaborate with showroom colleagues and leadership to achieve common goals.
- Participate in regular training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

8. **Brand Representation**
- Represent Celes'tile professionally in all interactions.
- Uphold the luxury image and values of the brand.
