**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management**:

- Prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

**MIS Expertise**:

- Develop and maintain financial MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide insights into financial performance and key metrics.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance and customize financial systems and reporting tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in MIS reports and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.

**Compliance and Controls**:

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting standards and best practices.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations and MIS reporting.
- Stay current with industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in accounting and financial systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance.
- **Experience**: Good years in accounting with a focus on financial reporting and MIS.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel; knowledge of MIS tools.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
