**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of LED light production lines.
- Manage and guide production staff to ensure timely completion of targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to LED production machinery and equipment.
- Implement and oversee production plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the production process.
- Maintain production reports and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth functioning of the unit.
- Train team members on new production techniques and safety protocols.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in **LED production**.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and handling production line issues.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
