1. **New sales**:

- Ø Meeting of Arch./customer/Builders by field visits in tricity or nearby areas.

Ø Hunting of new projects, direct visit to under construction project.

Ø Ref and generate business from existing clients.

Ø Need analysis and prepare the quotation /RFQ by pricing calculation.

Ø Follow up for negotiate with client to finalize the product.

Ø Ensure the showroom /Factory visit of arch/client.

Ø Furniture sales managers keep track of furniture items in stock and place restock orders as needed to ensure that there is adequate inventory on hand to meet the needs of customers.

**2. Coordinate with production:

- **

Ø Drawing and product details given to supervisor for manufacturing process.

Ø Download the product details to various production persons.

Ø Follow up to complete the product.

Ø Site visit for measurement’s/ installation, with production team and designer.

Ø Problem solving by coordinating with production team both location Mohali/Rajpura.

Ø Coordinate with production team to fix the delivery date of customized product for customers.

**3. Coordinate with designer:

- **

Ø Help in Modular drawings /furniture to provide customize solution.

Ø Coordinate with Arch and production team for any changes in drawing for practical implementation of product.

**4. Coordinate with purchase /store:

- **

Ø Raise the material requisition and given for purchase.

Ø Check the availability of required material in store and help production team to be issued.

Ø Help in purchase by market survey and material pickup.

**5. Coordinate with Accounts:

- **

Ø Coordinate with accounts for customer payments advance /final payments.

Ø Collection of payment (advance and final).

Ø Follow up for Invoice generating by giving product pricing.

**6. Coordinate for dispatch**:
Ø Follow up for arranging the transport vehicle for dispatch to ensure delivery.

Ø Ensure material lifting on site by providing labor from customer end.

**7. After sales service:

- **

Ø Problem solving of customer, if any rework required in product or any manufacturing defect in product.

Ø Conduct the site visit of production team to sort out the problem and proper installation.

To carry out any specific jobs as assigned from time to time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
