Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and Design:
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of visual communication materials, including but not limited to, print and digital advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and marketing collateral.

Transform creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines.

Graphic Production:
Execute end-to-end graphic design projects, ensuring high-quality and consistency across various platforms.

Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and digital use.

Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support overall business goals.

Brand Adherence:
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the brand through innovative and visually appealing designs.

Software Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs.

Stay updated on emerging design tools and technologies.

Feedback and Revisions:
Accept constructive feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on stakeholder input.

Iterate designs to achieve the desired visual impact and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

Proficient in graphic design software and tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
