**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with updated design skills and creativity, specifically for IAS

preferably in educational advertising, with the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns

with our brand and appeals to IAS aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Content Creation:

- Develop creative graphics for social media, brochures, banners, advertisements, and

other marketing materials.
- Design infographics, posters, and visual content that effectively communicates key

messages and information.
- Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and aligned with IAS

coaching themes.

2. Project Coordination:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project

requirements and design objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without

compromising quality.
- Incorporate feedback effectively and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets.

3. Innovation & Trend Analysis:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools in the field, especially those

relevant to education and IAS coaching.
- Bring innovative ideas to design projects that capture the attention of IAS aspirants and

increase engagement.
- Utilize design skills to present complex educational information in a simple and

appealing visual format.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Maintain high standards in graphic design and ensure that all materials are visually

appealing, clear, and error-free.
- Continuously review and improve designs based on team feedback and performance

metrics.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases work in

educational or IAS coaching advertising.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),

CorelDRAW, and other graphic design software.
- Creativity & Detail Orientation: A creative eye for design, color, and layout, with strong attention

to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the marketing

team and interpret design briefs.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a

fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
