**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Graphic Design**: Create eye-catching and innovative designs for a variety of mediums including digital platforms, print materials, social media, and promotional materials.

2. **Brand Alignment**: Ensure that all design elements align with the TarunIAS brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and professionalism across all visuals.

3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

5. **Print Materials**: Design print collateral such as brochures, posters, banners, and other materials for promotional events and marketing campaigns.

6. **Adaptability**: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3. Understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.

4. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

6. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
