**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity.
- **Vendor & Inventory Management**: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage stock levels, procurement, and timely deliveries.
- **Customer Support Coordination**: Ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries, escalations, and service fulfillment in collaboration with the customer support team.
- **Order & Logistics Management**: Track and manage orders, ensuring timely execution and delivery of services.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of business transactions, performance reports, and operational documentation.
- **Compliance & Policy Implementation**: Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- **Team Coordination**: Assist in managing and coordinating internal teams, including customer service, sales, and logistics, for better operational efficiency.
- **Technology & System Management**: Work with internal tools and software to track business performance, data management, and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
