**Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding of new corporate relationships for sourcing salary accounts
- Sourcing of quality salary accounts from corporates focusing on senior employee relationships
- Managing portfolio, Salary Credits, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF, Credit Cards etc.
- Participate in corporate induction and migration events
- Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor.
- Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing current account relationships
**Requirements**:
- Graduate/post-graduate with min 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to travel and goal oriented
- Must be a good listener and presenter
- AMFI & IRDA certification is preferred
- Deep Banking knowledge
- Computer Skills and digital knowledge
- Good network in the market
