**IB Associate**

FundTQ is a company founded by Ex Big4 Investment Bankers and Consultants having total 75+ years of combined experience in business structuring, transaction advisory, assurance and due diligence. FundTQ has created one of its kind of valuation software for startup valuation and Choose Right Investors platform.

FundTQ is looking for experienced professionals from investment banking, Mergers & Acquisition and Management Consulting profile.

**Role - IB Associate - Investment Banking**

**Prior Experience**: Minimum 1 Year in Deal Execution

**Required**:
1. Experience in making Pitchdecks, valuation reports and financial models

2. Experience in capital raising and M&A transaction

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

4. Experience of managing deals independently

5. Ability to connect and build relationship with investors

**Education**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant batch 2020/2021/2022
- Master's in finance and marketing
- BCom (Hons), Bachelor of Business Studies/Administration, Stats (Hons) and similar from Tier 1/2 college

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
