Required Bespoke Textile/Fashion Designer - Soft Furnishings Industry

**Salary**: 40,000

**Responsibilities**:
1. Bespoke Design Creation: Develop original and innovative designs for curtains, bedcovers, and other soft furnishings that reflect the luxury and sophistication of the Embellish brand. Utilize your creative flair and expertise to produce one-of-a-kind designs that exceed client expectations.

2. Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with high-end clients to understand their individual style preferences, functional requirements, and design vision. Translate client feedback and input into personalized design concepts that resonate with their aesthetic preferences.

3. Exceptional Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to articulate design concepts, gather feedback, and provide updates on project progress. Ensure clear and concise communication to maintain client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

4. High-End Client Handling: Demonstrate professionalism and discretion when interacting with high-end clients, providing attentive service and personalized attention to detail throughout the design process. Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns with poise and professionalism.

5. Pressure Handling: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, demonstrating resilience and composure under pressure.

6. Software Proficiency: Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs, to create digital mock-ups, sketches, and presentations of bespoke designs. Ensure proficiency in relevant software tools to streamline the design process and enhance productivity.

7. Quality Assurance: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and quality standards throughout the design process, ensuring that final products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and excellence. Conduct thorough quality checks to verify design accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in têxtile or fashion design, with a focus on bespoke creations for luxury soft furnishings.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Previous experience in handling high-end clients and providing personalized service. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar programs.
- Strong creative vision and artistic flair, with a keen eye for color, pattern, and texture. - Ability to work well under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. - Passion for luxury design and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
