**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Skilled in Trend Research / Fashion Sketches / Technical Design Packages / Color Palette Detailing / Line Sheets & Story Boards / Basic knowledge of Graphic & All over prints
- Previous knowledge making Technical Sheets / Flat Sketches as per direction
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Fashion design
- Overseeing the research and development of new styles for an organization
- Managing the design process from conception through to final styling
- Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
- Independent worker who produces consistent, high-quality designs
- Good communication skills
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve on the projects.
- Strong adherence to deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude; someone who is able to shift gears quickly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creative role with a strong portfolio in both fashion and graphic design.
- Good in communication and project management skills.
