**Preferred Qualification**: Background in Production Engineering

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Supervise and manage shop floor staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted production.
- Maintain accurate production records and report progress to management.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Production Engineering or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
