Job Position :Shift Incharge

Qualification: Dipolama/ Fresher

Key Responsibilities

Assist in operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.

Support production team in executing daily manufacturing tasks to meet output and quality goals.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines to ensure safe and efficient production processes.

Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment under guidance from senior staff.

Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

Assist in inventory management and documentation tasks as needed.

Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and identify areas for optimization.

**Requirements**:
Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.

**Skills**:Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Other Requirements

Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods if necessary.
