**Job Summary**:The Inventory In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s inventory operations to ensure optimal stock levels, accuracy, and efficient flow of materials. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail. The Inventory In-Charge will collaborate closely with the procurement, production, and sales teams to support smooth operational processes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales demands.
- Supervise inventory storage, movement, and handling procedures according to company standards.
- Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for stock requirements and reorder levels.
- Analyse inventory data to identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock and recommend action.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, shortages, and stock movements for management.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, or theft.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as Inventory In-Charge, Inventory Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (ERP systems preferred).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights for inventory optimization.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
