The Accounting & Administration Supervisor is responsible for establishing, interpreting and analyzing accounting records and financial statements. These may include, but are not limited to, general accounting, billing, expense reports, purchases, costs, budgets bank reconciliation, assistance with various audits and will perform other tasks as necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Purchases Management for the branch.
- Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred.
- Prepare Gross Margin File.
- Supervise the bookkeeping of the company's subsidiaries in India, including G/L reconciliation.
- Present suggestions on the use of resources, fiscal strategies, and budget forecasts.
- Take lead in coordinating with the internal and external financial audit that takes place every quarterly, semi-annual and annually.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of the Fixed Assets and Stock.
- Bank reconciliation & knowledge of banking activities.
- Calculation & implementation of various taxation like GST, VAT, CST, TCS & Excise Duty based on financial & costing reports.
- Ensure correct booking of cost and regularity of Accounts Payables.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in similar position, supervisory role, preferable in the field of Logistics.
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or higher.
- Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
- Knowledge or operating and capital budget concepts.
- Profound knowledge in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.

Pay: ₹57,960.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
