Overview:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, with accounts receivable experience, to join our Mumbai team. Please note the role will be office based.

Job summary:
Perform the daily processing of accounts receivable and cash allocation for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI region), leading a team of three in India. Business partnering with colleagues across the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with internal and external customers in collection efforts to ensure timely payments, escalating queries as required
- Direct responsibility for ‘Global and International Accounts’
- Supervise team of three covering the EMEAI region, all based in India
- Lead in regard to aged debt management and collection
- Projects - represent AR dept in cross-functional groups, of introduction of new systems and processes
- Business partnering with query resolution
- Cash ledger posting and bank reconciliations
- Preparation of credit review information for customers, using credit report agency alongside internal information for Credit team.
- Audit lead for Accounts Receivable for internal and external audits, to include Sarbanes Oxley compliance and regular review of narrative
- Provide cover on transactional basis for all staff in AR team
- Identify and set up the most efficient means of collection and ensure action of this

Qualifications:
Experience in Accounts Receivable function.

Experience working in an international company and working closely with other countries

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel skills to advanced level.

Working in a multi-currency structure.

Experience working with companies in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

ERP experience

Ability to challenge internal and external stakeholders
