Hyderabad, India Human Resource business partnering Full time

Ensure 100% work acquisition across the project using effective **Talent Acquisition, **planning, sourcing and onboarding.
- Drives and implement **Learning **and **Development **program across the project in the state.
- Plan and Implement **performance driven initiatives **and **Reward and Recognition **environment in the project.
- Take **pulse of Employees** and ensure actions are taken to resolve on time.
- **Partner** with manager in project team to provide HRs solution within the defined HR policies.
- **Custodian of HR data** for the assigned project and prepare meaningful dashboards regularly for senior management.
- Coordinate and actively participate with various initiatives of Central HR.
- **Visit Zonal Offices** to ensure active engagement with field team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
