Job Title: Associate HRBP

Reporting To: Lead HRBP

Location: Hyderabad, India

Type of Employment Permanent

**Role Purpose**

This person will closely work with and assist Lead HRBP to support the employees and managers/business heads in the business unit (BU) to meet the BU/ Organizational goals. Ensuring employees understand HR Policies and comply with them.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Together with Lead HRBP, acts as a single point contact of HR aspects for the employees and managers in the BU
- Supports Lead HRBP on the delivery of HR processes and the implementation of HR programs at the BU
- Partner with People Services, Total Rewards, and other COE partners to ensure operational

discipline with respect to compensation, titling, and other business processes
- Engages with employees to support and implement HR initiatives across the organization.
- Manages employee relations, employee’s grievance, and disciplines in basic to low-complex context
- Works closely with Lead HRBP to develop and implement solutions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provide first line day to day advice to line managers and employees on general HR related queries, requests and policies, and procedures, escalating more complex issues to Lead HRBP.
- Ensure smooth closure of all escalations by liaising with all required stakeholders.
- Track the HR mailbox and address queries according to your remit and escalate more complex issues to HR Business Partner for resolution.
- Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
- Overseeing the termination process of an employee because of disciplinary and performance reviews
- Regularly research industry best practices and suggest strategic improvements.
- Support with data and metrics for HR Analytics

**Qualifications and Experience Requirements**
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field or equivalent
- 5 - 8 of relevant work experience.
