Responsibilities:

- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Data Management in whatsapp marketing
- Maintain and update company databases in Excel.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Social Media Management:

- Assist in managing social media accounts.
- Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments.
- Main duty of this position is to call the particular parties / salespersons regarding the overdue bills for which payment is pending.
- The secondary duty is to take follow-ups on various tasks given by management and inform management regarding updates on the same.
- Work on data given by management to help in taking decisions for future growth.

Skills Required

Must know Excel, Word.
- Must be proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Powerpoint, Tally

Qualification: Graduate/ B.Com

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.64 per month
