**Intern Architect/Draughtsman**

**Responsibilities-**
- Design development, good for construction drawings and collaborating with Senior Architect to deliver the projects within the timeline.
- Working on Services (MEP), Structure, Aluminum Formwork, Architectural design and development
- To develop detailed working drawings which clearly outline architectural intent of the project.
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate and coordinate with site in-charges and address all site/ construction related concerns.
- Anthropometric knowledge of standards, building bye-laws, norms and regulations required for physically disabled and sanitation projects.

**Qualifications and Professional Skills-**
- 0-1 years of professional experience in handling medium
- large scale projects will be preferred.
- Must have worked on working drawings, structure and services.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up with rendering software(Lumion/Vray), Photoshop, MS-Office etc.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
