**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Management**:

- Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth project progression.

2. **Design Development**:

- Develop and refine architectural concepts, incorporating client requirements, aesthetic considerations, and functionality.
- Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

3. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
- Obtain necessary approvals and permits for construction projects.

4. **Client Collaboration**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing design solutions that align with their vision.
- Present design proposals and modifications, incorporating client feedback.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal design teams, engineers, and other professionals to integrate various project components seamlessly.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns.

6. **Construction Oversight**:

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any design-related issues.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of design intent.

7. **Budget Management**:

- Assist in developing project budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify cost-saving measures without compromising design quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure as an Architect.
- Proven experience as a Project Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management abilities.

- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: ₹19,760.17 - ₹24,098.57 per month
