Architect / Interior DesignerDepartment: Architecture & Interior DesigningReports To – (Functionally) : Head DesignsReports To – (Administratively) : Head DesignsImmediate Level Subordinates : Architecture Interns & Site Engineers / SupervisorsObjectives of the Job: (Summary of the position)Handle projects independently, under guidance of Head Designs / Sr Architect. To be solely responsible for Project planning, coordination, line up, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of Architectural & Interior designing projects. He shall be responsible for management of Customer and Contractor resources with responsibility for the end result. Help Head Design / Sr Architect w.r.t all aspects of the Site. Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls. Coordinate with Vendors for samples and meetings.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Handle projects independently, under guidance of Head Designs / Sr Architect.Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls and Preparation of BOQs & estimates.Head and be responsible for Project planning, coordination, men & material line up, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of projects.Explain designs & tie up with production and dispatch departments and Control manufacturing orders to meet timelines.
