**Design and Development Executive**

Job Description:

- **Product Design**:

- Conceptualizing and designing new products or improving existing ones.
- Creating detailed design drawings, models, and prototypes using Solidworks / CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.
- **Design Verification and Validation**:

- Performing design verification tests (DVT) and validation tests (DV) to ensure product performance and compliance with specifications and standards.
- Documenting test results and preparing reports for review and approval.
- **Cost Analysis and Value Engineering**:

- Conducting cost analysis and value engineering to optimize product design for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability.
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising product quality or performance.
- **Documentation and Technical Support**:

- Creating technical documentation, including design specifications, engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOM).
- Providing technical support to production teams during product manufacturing and assembly.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers/vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicating design concepts, technical details, and project updates effectively to stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Monitoring product performance in the field and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for product enhancements and recommending design modifications based on feedback and market trends.
- **Project Management**:

- Managing project timelines, milestones, and budgets effectively.
- Prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and coordinating activities to ensure project goals are met on schedule.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. **(No Live K.T.)**:

- Proven experience in product design and development, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry.

**Job Location : Vasai (East) (Sativali)**

Fresher / Experienced

**Working Hours:

- ** **9 am to 6: 30 pm**
**Weekly Off : Sunday**
