Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to make eye-catching

designs and videos for social media. You’ll help brands look great online by creating

posts, ads, short videos, and other visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Content Creation
- Create high-quality graphics, carousels, posters, stories, reels, and other

visuals for social media.
- Design content that attracts the target audience.
- Understanding the needs/demand of the client for the design requirement

Brand Identity & Visual Consistency
- Follow each client’s brand guidelines including colors, fonts, and tone.
- Ensure that all visuals are consistent across posts, ads, and campaigns.

Video & Motion Graphics
- Create and edit short videos, reels, GIFs, and animations to boost engagement.
- Add motion elements to enhance storytelling when needed.
- Follow the ongoing trend.

Creative Ideas & Brainstorming
- Share fresh ideas and concepts in brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated on design trends and suggest ways to keep visuals modern and

engaging.

Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver on time.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets for future use.

DHM is Looking For:
Experience & Education
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably for social media or digital

marketing.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field.

Skills & Tools
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,

Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Familiar with video editing and basic motion graphics.
- Good understanding for detail and design aesthetics.
- Capable of creating design for multiple platforms, such as online and offline

Key Factors to be considered:
1. Stability in previous organization.

2. 3. Hands-on on the Designing platform

Task to be completed before preceding the further round

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
