Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure consistent high-quality work.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a clear and compelling brand voice across all digital advertising channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align ad copy with overall marketing strategies and campaign objectives.
- Conduct thorough research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform copy development.
- Optimize ad copy based on performance data and analytics, making data-driven decisions to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and best practices in each relevant platform.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital advertising platforms to continuously improve ad copy strategies and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, set goals, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
