We are looking for a talented and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting original content and overseeing the copywriting output of your team. Your strategic insight and creative prowess will be instrumental in developing compelling narratives and messaging for our diverse range of clients. You will work closely with our creative directors and cross-functional teams to ensure that all content aligns with client goals and brand standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mentor a team of copywriters, ensuring high-quality content creation that aligns with clients’ objectives and brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and drive effectiveness.
- Edit and proofread copy to maintain high standards of writing and consistency across all outputs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and content strategies.
- Manage workflow and deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of all copy tasks.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.

**Minimum requirements**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of writing styles and a deep understanding of tone, message, and audience engagement.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an acute attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead a team effectively.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and how copy influences audiences across various platforms.
- Experience with SEO best practices.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
