Copy Supervisor

The Copy Supervisor will lead the copy team in developing impactful, creative, and strategically sound communication across all platforms. This role requires a strong command of brand tone, storytelling, and conceptual thinking, along with the ability to guide and mentor junior writers to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the copy team in conceptualising, writing, and editing creative content for campaigns across digital, print, social media, video, and other media.
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Account teams to ensure creative alignment with client objectives and brand strategy.
- Supervise and review the work of copywriters, ensuring high standards of creativity, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop clear, persuasive, and original copy that reflects brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Present creative ideas and copy concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain an understanding of market trends, cultural insights, and emerging media formats to keep the communication relevant and engaging.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all client communications.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and performance input for the copywriting team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency or creative environment.
- Proven experience leading a team of writers or managing multiple accounts.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling copy.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and social media content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Strong presentation and client communication skills.
- Experience working with well-known brands or large-scale campaigns.
- A creative portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats and industries.
Pay: ₹428,345.20 - ₹1,264,310.65 per year
