**Job description**:
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery and equipment within the rubber manufacturing facility. The incumbent will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime and maintain production quality.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct Regular Maintenance:Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment as per maintenance schedules.
Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery components to prevent breakdowns.

Troubleshoot and Diagnose Issues:Identify mechanical problems, defects, and malfunctions in equipment.
Use diagnostic tools and techniques to determine the root causes of issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
