As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Executive to oversee and manage the maintenance activities within our organization. The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition to support our production and operational needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to ensure their performance meets or exceeds company standards.

**Maintenance Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, schedules, and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability.

**Equipment Inspection**: Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.

**Budget Management**: Manage the maintenance budget effectively, including cost control, procurement, and vendor management.

**Asset Management**: Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring timely availability when needed.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

**Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns and malfunctions promptly to minimize production disruptions.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repair logs, work orders, and equipment manuals.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement in maintenance operations.

**Reporting**: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on maintenance performance, project status, and key performance indicators.

**Requirements**:

- 5 Years or more Experience in Lift Industry

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
