Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Intern to join our Operations department. The Purchase Intern will assist in the procurement process, vendor management, and inventory control. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in purchasing and supply chain management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors for products and services
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchases
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on purchasing strategies
- Support the Operations team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy
