**All roles at JumpCloud are Remote unless otherwise specified in the Job Description.** **About JumpCloud** Our Talent Attraction team is looking for a highly-motivated Full Cycle Recruiter based in India to help us build a world class organization focused on next-leveling the Open Directory Platform space. We're looking for a self-driven full desk recruiter who manages change smoothly, while maintaining a great attitude to support our expanding India and APAC hiring teams. This role will recruit for both non-technical (finance, sales, technical customer support, etc.) and technical (engineering and product) roles, depending on the requirements of the business. You’ll be working with a wide range of executives and people leaders across the organization to determine hiring needs and foster a referral-friendly environment. **Responsibilities**: - Engage with Hiring Managers on hiring needs while maintaining full responsibility for assigned roles - Create and manage job postings and offer approvals **Qualifications**: - Minimum of 5 years as a Recruiter within an agency or corporate environment - Ability to manage change effectively and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment - Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills - Experience in handling both Tech and Non-Tech roles - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree **Good to Have**: - Prior experience leading high growth recruiting projects in India region strongly preferred - Experience leading Diversity hiring projects/initiatives preferred **Where you’ll be working/Location**: JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.
