Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Answering calls, providing customer service with compassion and empathy
- Scheduling inspections and appointments over the phone
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Making collections and other outbound calls to customers, clients and third parties
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Following any given scripts, if any, when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Maintaining compliance and completing work in a timely manner
- Representing the Company with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- IT support, facilitating weekly computer backups, software upgrades and organization
- Mentoring new colleagueswhen needed to efficiently perform all assigned tasks
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by taking the extra mile
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets when given a target
- Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of complaints
- Support the office administrative activities
- Supporting marketing efforts and continuing to grow personally and professionally in the business
**Qualifications**:
- Comfortable with **VOIP** services and **24/7** work timings
- **Excellent English communication skills** with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping others
- **Customer service experience**: Prior customer service experience especially in dealing with American customers is essential
- **Communication skills**: Strong active-listening skills, verbal-communication skills and excellent spoken English are essential, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management.
- **Problem-solving**: Proficiency in problem-solving is important for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and navigate in a windows environment is crucial.
- **Computer skills**: Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Good computer skills are necessary for handling customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and supporting the administrative team.
- **Compassion andEmpathy**: An empathetic attitude helps in understanding customers’ concerns and providing appropriate support.
- **Patience**: A calm and patient demeanour is important when dealing with customers.
- **Organizational skills**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are required to handle multiple customer inquiries and maintain records.
- **Stress management**: Ability to handle stress is crucial in a fast-paced environment.
- **People skills**: Good people skills are essential for building rapport with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Compensation**:
- Starting monthly salary of 20k to 25k
- Opportunity to earn a monthly bonus
- Training provided with a stipend
