**Job Overview**:
The transition support team ensures timely and accurate completion of tasks available in Client’s queue.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Should be able to work on multiple processes.
- Verify loan information, including borrower information
- Ensures the review is completed within the timeline
- Quality is a critical parameter and should be able to avoid any errors.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Immediate Joiners only who can join within a week of selection.
- Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in US mortgage.
- WFO Mandatory. (No WFH option available)
- Should be flexible with the shifts.
- Should be comfortable working on spreadsheets.
- 1+ years of experience in mortgage post-closing, Closing, Curative or related field
- Quality Analyst for the above process also preferred.
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, laws, and industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
