Job Overview:

The transition support team ensures timely and accurate completion of tasks available in Client's queue.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Should be able to work on multiple processes.
  • Verify loan information, including borrower information
  • Ensures the review is completed within the timeline
  • Quality is a critical parameter and should be able to avoid any errors.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Immediate Joiners only who can join within a week of selection.
  • Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in US mortgage.
  • Candidates with Transition Support Services also preferred.
  • WFO Mandatory. (No WFH option available)
  • Should be flexible with the shifts.
  • Should be comfortable working on spreadsheets.
  • 1+ years of experience in mortgage post-closing, Closing, Curative or related field
  • Quality Analyst for the above process also preferred.
  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, laws, and industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
