**Job Overview**:

- Processor to create and update procedures that are performed by Moder staff as well as Cenlar staff to ensure consistency in format and content style.
- On a designated basis, review Enterprise Change Management (ECM) tasks for timely completion, escalate as needed, and validate and document completion evidence. Following completion, review the full change to confirm all steps of the process were completed and update the status.
- Following completion of the Implementation process, this is a quality review step to confirm accurate completion of all steps and if any errors are identified, cycle through the appropriate resolution steps.
- Processor also play a crucial role in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations and analysing various processes and workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made.
- In addition to these technical skills, internal auditors must exhibit strong ethical standards. Integrity and objectivity are the cornerstones of the profession, as auditors often deal with sensitive information and must remain impartial in their assessments.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Processor to create and update procedures that are performed by Moder staff as well as Cenlar staff to ensure consistency in format and content style.
- On a designated basis, review Enterprise Change Management (ECM) tasks for timely completion, escalate as needed, and validate and document completion evidence. Following completion, review the full change to confirm all steps of the process were completed and update the status.
- Following completion of the Implementation process, this is a quality review step to confirm accurate completion of all steps and if any errors are identified, cycle through the appropriate resolution steps.
- Commit to a 9-hour work schedule to consistently meet daily SLA and KPI objectives.
- Engage actively during training sessions to clarify any uncertainties, while providing support to colleagues and contributing to the achievement of team objectives.

- Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role_
- A minimum of one year of experience in mortgage servicing operations is required.
- Proficient in evaluating transaction and resolving inquiries related to payments.
- Demonstrates a strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and excel knowledge.
- Capable of responding swiftly, engaging in critical thinking, and collaborating effectively within a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work night shifts and in an office environment.
