
Sales Executive

**We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about products/services and answer any questions customers may have.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products/services.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Record customer information accurately and update the CRM system with call details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and achieve collective goals.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Experience minimum of 6 months. (_Fresher's can also Apply_)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during difficult calls.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
