**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Planning & Execution**:

- Develop and manage digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
- **Content & Social Media Management**:

- Create and manage content calendars for social media and blogs.
- Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers.
- **SEO & Website Management**:

- Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and track website performance.
- Work with web developers to enhance user experience and landing page effectiveness.
- Analyze open rates, CTRs, and optimize based on results.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to guide strategies.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up with digital trends, algorithm changes, and new platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and Analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CTR optimization, and audience targeting.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for metrics.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with video editing or Canva/Photoshop.
- Knowledge of WordPress or Webflow.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
