We are looking for a results-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and website performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Create and optimize ad copies, landing pages, and content to improve conversion rates.
- Work with content and design teams to create engaging digital content.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports and insights to guide strategic decisions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
